Data accessed
Fudge Mail uses the Gmail API gmail.modify permission. It may access
message and thread identifiers, labels, sender, recipients, subject, date, message
content, drafts, and sent mail.
Use
Data is used only to screen authorized messages, organize mail, apply labels, archive or restore messages, create drafts, and send mail requested by an authorized user.
Storage and protection
Fudge Mail remains in the connected account unless an authorized user takes an action. Limited workflow records may be retained with access controls. Credentials are kept outside this public website, and operational logs do not contain message bodies.
Sharing
Fudge Mail does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or provide it to data brokers. Service providers process data only as needed to operate the requested mail and hosting functions. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Retention and deletion
An authorized user may revoke access through their Google Account. Requests to delete locally retained tokens and workflow records may be sent to department11@yardfudge.com.
